Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was established in 2002 for the purpose of building a first-class performing arts center in Bellevue to serve the growing population of the Eastside. PACE continues today as the parent organization of Tateuchi Center, so-named on June 8, 2010 to honor a $25 million gift from the Atsuhiko and Ina Goodwin Tateuchi Foundation.

The Tateuchi Center office is in the Cascade Building, which is located on the corner of NE 10th Street and 106th Avenue NE in downtown Bellevue, behind the Hyatt Regency and down the street from Wendy's.

From I-405 (Either direction):
  • Take the NE 8th Street exit and go westbound (toward Bellevue Square)
  • Travel on NE 8th and turn right onto 106th Avenue NE
  • Travel one block and turn left into the Tateuchi Center parking lot, just prior to the light, on the SW corner of NE 10th Street and 106th Avenue NE
From I-90 (Either direction):
  • Take the Bellevue Way exit; you will be heading north
  • Continue on Bellevue Way until you reach NE 10th Street
  • Turn right
  • At the next intersection, 106th Avenue NE, turn right and then immediately turn right again into the Tateuchi Center parking lot
From SR-520 Eastbound:
  • Take the Bellevue Way exit; you will be heading south
  • Continue on Bellevue Way until you reach NE 10th Street
  • Turn left
  • At the next intersection, 106th Avenue NE, turn right and then immediately turn right again into the Tateuchi Center parking lot
From SR-520 Westbound:
  • Exit to I-405 southbound
  • Take the NE 8th Street exit and go westbound (toward Bellevue Square)
  • Travel on NE 8th Street and turn right onto 106th Avenue NE
  • Travel one block and turn left into the Tateuchi Center parking lot, just prior to the light, on the SW corner of NE 10th and 106th Avenue NE

There is parking available in the lot on the north side of the building or the underground garage (entrance on the south side of the building).
